A: For sure, you can corset again after exercise. However, after doing aerobics, you should relax, take a shower and calm down to get better prepared for your corset. Remember that lacing requires a relaxed body without stretched muscles and a violently beating heart, which sounds very unpleasant. Just take your time and enjoy the tightening of the laces in your back and the increasingly firm grip on your waist with as little resistance as possible. Moreover, why don't you also exercise in your corset?
